Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Uniden product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility – Online Purchases from Uniden Australia

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from the official Uniden Australia website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

  • You must first contact our team for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

Once approved, products should be shipped back to our nominated address at the buyer’s cost unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item

  • Returns without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) may be rejected

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact our support team. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as per your warranty entitlements.


For Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

If you bought your Uniden product from a third-party retailer or online stockist, their return and refund policies may apply. Please contact the place of purchase directly for support.

Uniden is happy to assist with warranty issues for all products purchased through authorised channels, but proof of purchase will be required.
