With Triple Watch monitoring, Instant Replay, loud dual speakers and a remote LCD speaker microphone, it gives you practical ways to stay across the conversation. The compact radio base keeps your installation discreet, while the magnetic microphone mount keeps the controls conveniently positioned between calls.

Radio and Antenna, Together in One Pack

The Adventure Pack includes the ATS690S antenna, giving you the radio and antenna together without having to select them separately. Designed for 477MHz operation, the antenna provides 3dBi gain and features a ground-independent design with a stainless steel spring.

The ATS690S has a mounted height of 597mm and a whip length of 509mm. It includes an FME female termination and PL259 adaptor. Vehicle installation and a suitable antenna mounting arrangement are required.

Follow More of the Conversation with Triple Watch

Keep track of your current channel and two programmable priority channels. Triple Watch checks all three for activity, helping you stay aware of communications beyond the channel you are using.

Monitoring pauses temporarily while a signal is received so you can hear the incoming message. Triple Watch checks three channels; it does not play three conversations at once.

Replay the Message You Missed

Missed a turn-off instruction or need to check what someone said? Instant Replay lets you listen again to recently received transmissions at the press of a button.

With recording enabled, the X66+ automatically stores up to 20 minutes of incoming audio during normal channel and scan operation. It is a useful way to catch a detail without immediately asking the other person to repeat it.

Clearer Speech. Easier Listening.

Active Noise Cancellation in the microphone helps suppress ambient background noise picked up while you speak. A separate Noise Reduction Circuit filters background noise from received signals to help make incoming conversations clearer.

Speakers in both the radio base and remote microphone provide flexible listening options. Use the base speaker, the 2W microphone speaker or both, depending on your installation. An external speaker connection is also available.

Keep the Controls Close and the Cabin Tidy

The remote LCD speaker microphone puts channel information, volume adjustment and key radio functions together in your hand. Seven LCD backlight colours and adjustable brightness let you tailor the display to your cabin.

The compact radio base measures just 24mm high, 100mm wide and 95mm deep. A supplied 2m microphone extension cable gives you more flexibility when positioning the base, while the magnetic mic mount provides a convenient place to return the microphone.

Help Your Group Stay Connected with Master Scan

Master Scan allows compatible radios to communicate across a shared group of channels. When the last-used group channel is occupied by other traffic, the radio can select an available channel within the group for transmission.

Participating radios must support Master Scan and use matching channel lists and CTCSS/DCS settings. Open Scan and Group Scan are also available for monitoring channel activity.

Flexible Power for Different Vehicles

The X66+ supports both 12V and 24V DC power, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicle installations. High and low voltage alerts help flag power supply issues.

Duplex capability allows communication through compatible UHF CB repeaters where available. Actual range depends on terrain, obstructions, antenna installation and repeater coverage.

Built for Australian and New Zealand Conditions

Designed and engineered in Japan, the X66+ is built for Australian and New Zealand conditions. The radio is backed by a five-year warranty, with a one-year warranty on included accessories, subject to Uniden's warranty terms.
