Uniden iGO CAM 90R: Front and Rear Dash Cam with Hardwire Kit
Road incidents can happen in seconds. Recording the view ahead and behind your vehicle gives you more context to refer back to, whether you are reviewing a collision, a close call or an unexpected event on your journey.
The Uniden iGO CAM 90R combines front and rear recording with a 3.16-inch widescreen display, built-in GPS, Wi-Fi connectivity and voice control. This dash cam bundle also includes a hardwire kit to support parking mode when correctly installed and configured.
Up to 4K front recording and a Full HD rear camera
The front camera offers up to 4K (2160P) recording in supported configurations, while the included rear camera records in Full HD 1080P. Recording resolutions depend on the camera configuration.
With a 135° front viewing angle and 150° rear viewing angle, the iGO CAM 90R helps document traffic approaching from both directions. Two camera views can make it easier to understand the sequence of an incident and what was happening behind your vehicle.
3.16-inch widescreen display with video playback
View the camera feed and play back saved recordings on the built-in LCD colour screen. The widescreen layout gives you a convenient way to check footage while safely parked, with the option to display a large GPS speedometer instead of the live camera view.
Wi-Fi footage transfer and voice control
Connect a compatible smartphone or tablet to the dash cam’s Wi-Fi and use the free Uniden app to preview, review and transfer recorded footage. You can retrieve a clip without removing the microSD card from the camera.
Voice control provides another way to access supported functions. Use recognised commands to lock the current video, take a snapshot or control the display without working through the on-screen menus.
Built-in GPS and speed camera warnings
GPS supports location and speed information alongside your recordings, adding useful context when reviewing a journey. The large speedometer display lets you check GPS-based speed readings, while warnings for upcoming fixed speed and red light cameras provide additional awareness on unfamiliar roads.
Hardwire kit included for parking mode
Parking mode extends the dash cam’s usefulness beyond driving. With the included hardwire kit correctly installed, sufficient external power and the appropriate settings enabled, the iGO CAM 90R can wake and record for a limited time after detecting an impact while parked.
This can help document an incident in a shopping centre, workplace car park or street parking space. Impact-triggered parking recording requires the G-Sensor to be enabled.
Protect event recordings and manage everyday footage
The three-axis G-Sensor can detect an impact and lock the associated event recording, helping protect that file from normal loop overwriting. You can also manually lock the current recording.
With loop recording enabled, older, unprotected clips are overwritten as storage fills. Back up any footage you want to keep.
Wide Dynamic Range and supercapacitor technology
Wide Dynamic Range helps balance exposure when a scene contains bright and shaded areas, improving visibility in challenging lighting.
The built-in supercapacitor provides enough backup power to save an active recording before shutdown. It also supports a wider operating temperature range than a traditional lithium-ion battery, making it a practical feature for Australian driving conditions.
Compact design with a magnetic slide bracket
The compact camera design suits everyday commuting, courier runs, trade vehicles and longer road trips. Its magnetic slide bracket makes it convenient to detach the camera from its mount when needed.

SafeWise rated the iGO CAM 90R 4 out of 5 in its May 2022 review, praising its video quality, compact design and included rear camera. The reviewer also noted limitations with reading number plates at night and its field of view.
A dash cam-rated microSD card is required and sold separately. Choose a card between 16GB and 128GB with a minimum U3 speed rating.
The standard iGO CAM 90R package includes front and rear cameras. If you also need footage inside the vehicle, an optional IC90 internal cabin camera is available separately.
*Parking mode works only with optional Hard Wire Kit and when the car and the unit has been powered off, this mode turns on the unit if it detects impact. The unit must have sufficient external power supplied in order to record and the G Sensor must also be turned on. #128GB is the maximum capacity Micro SD Card, Uniden recommends using UHS-II cards with UHS Speed Class rating with minimum class U3 for minimum write performance of 30 MB/s. † Image on packaging is for illustration purposes only. Captured footage is dependent on the position and location of the vehicle dash cam &/or rear camera. ^4K is for front camera only and the rear camera is 1080P. When 2 or more channels are in use ( up to 3 cameras), all cameras will record at 1080P resolution. ‡ This feature only works in 1 camera mode (when the rear camera is disabled) and will work in most circumstances when the sign is clearly visible in day light driving only.
